Welcome to this moment
A radical transformation is unfolding within the realm of therapy, right at the heart of Chicago.
We invite you to take a step toward a vibrant, expressive, and engaging space designed to foster profound therapeutic experiences.
Diversity IN PRactice
Beyond the myth of “model” minority — We are the MODEL
In every session, conversation, and interaction, we strive to set a new standard for therapeutic excellence. Our clinicians lead with cultural perspectives and expertise, addressing the complexities faced in our present world — especially those who are the first in their communities to seek therapy.
We are dynamic, authentic, and deeply rooted in the realities of those we serve. Whether it’s for individual, couples, groups, EMDR, art therapy, somatic techniques, or an distinctive approach you’ve never encountered, we’ve got you covered.
Creativity FRoM WITHIN
Every therapy room is thoughtfully designed, taking into account the unique work of our clinicians, their personal styles, and the needs of our diverse clientele. In a unique collaboration with Ryan Tova Katz, a renowned painter and muralist, we have set out to curate a visually distinctive space that symbolizes the vital role of imagination and possibility in the journey to healing.
We wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of creativity within therapeutic practices. Fostering a deeper level of connection and understanding between therapists and clients — we strive for illuminating experiences that are beyond the reach of words.
Community-Focused Approach
Our atrium — a 1,000 square foot waiting room — embodies our belief that recovery thrives through fostering connections and collaborations.
We view mental health as a systemic issue, and mental illness as what happens when those systems fail. To better serve our city, we aim to bring people together to think, grow, grieve, and rediscover the power of the “we.”
Our space is designed to host events that foster communal experiences, while also modeling and nurturing conversations around mental health. While you wait for your next appointment, take a moment to grab a coffee or tea, or simply relax and reflect.
Community Engagement
We partner with local businesses and non-for-profits like Sin Título and Salud to create a supportive network.
Our space includes areas for clients to sit, read, and reflect, with a gift shop partnering with local businesses. We’ve recently introduced a “Mental Health Farmers Market” to connect the community with local practitioners and healers.
